Jana Karrmann has 18 years of experience in the employee benefit arena with industry powerhouses and local carriers. Her experience inside the industry gives her a unique perspective as she finds creative solutions to ever-changing and evolving employee benefit needs.

Jana has a Bachelors of Arts degree from Indiana University. She is a graduate of the Ardath Burkhart Governance and Management Series. She resides in Indianapolis, Indiana with her husband and daughter.

Jana is also involved in the community, serving on the Board of Hoosier Veteran's Assistance Foundation, The United Way, and at Saint Matthew's Parish School.

She is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Indianapolis Association of Health Underwriters, the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce, Lawrence Chamber of Commerce and Rainmakers.
